02.09.2005 | 4:50 p.m. 109 (the scale has been wrong since November!) Well, working out and weight training has lowered my body fat percentage from 20% to 18%. Turns out that my 105 in November was wrong. The gym had their scales recalibrated, they were 4 pounds to low! I was at 105 in November at 18.5% when actually I was 109. When I got my body composition done, I found this out and so I weighted in at 109 and 18% body fat. He said that that is like lossing a full precent of fat and gaining lean muscule mass while maintaining 109! I want to die! I have been fasting since. My goal is be 105 next month and super of I lower my body fat. I am adding weight training so... who know. He says that this will help me see how pounds don't matter it is amount of fat and muscle. I just want to die. I haven't weighted this much in at least 4 or 5 years! I must get down to 105 in a month. I have tooo..... Once I get down to (IF I get down to) 100 I will reward myself with a new at home digital scale. God....I need to fast. Yesterday: Today: J wants to workout tonight. I have taken two nights off because of an injury and having a cold. I think I should go tonight, no matter what!
